Cricket Trader / Cricket Analyst

We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team of Cricket Analysts.
Opportunity:
You will be educated to Degree level, with a 1st or 2:1 (or local equivalent) in Maths or a Maths based subject.
Our employees will be working with an extensive range of models and software to produce highly sophisticated prediction data about cricket matches as they unfold live. Predictions are generated and updated every single ball to provide accurate assessments of the outcomes of, and within, cricket matches. Weekend and shift will form part of the role.
Experience is not necessary but it is imperative that you have a love and deep understanding of Cricket as well as excellent attention to detail.
We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.
We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.
Job Description:
- Research and analyse data for Cricket matches
- Compile Short Term and Long-Term odds for Cricket matches and tournaments
- Trade Cricket matches in-play
- Use our trading tools to manage all in play markets
- Monitor client betting data for insights and errors
- Watch and react to market movements throughout a match
- Work with Quality Control team to provide feedback and customer support
- Ensure you are up to date with current cricket news, trends and statistics
- Continual personal development, practice and learning to make sure that your knowledge is up to date with the betting market
- Live liability management during Cricket matches
- Customer analysis to aid customers with profiling of clients
- Analysis of own trading performance to recognise and improve areas of weakness
- Analyse the market to look for weak prices and areas that can be exploited
- Training and mentoring of new staff
- Creating reports to aid the head of pricing with monthly feedback to management
