Outbound Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our exciting and growing team in Dubai.

Opportunity:

The outbound telesales team leader will be responsible for meeting sales targets given to them via cold calling as well as using sales tools such as Telegram, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and other such social tools as part of the Sales Tool Kit.

We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.

We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.

Job Description:

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling. 
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them and analysing and optimising the performance of all agents within the team.
  • Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing. 
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with business targets.
  • Provide suitable training and mentoring to ensure all junior staff are developed quickly to a level where they begin to add value and impact profitability. 
  • Ensure seamless service is provided to potential prospects through all involved parties by following up and obtaining feedback and assessing individual agent performance within these areas.

The ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (including cold calling) Should be familiar with basic computer skills, Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems preferably.
  • Must be able to communicate strongly, both oral and written in English and Hindi. 
  • Ability to think on your feet; closing skills; negotiation and persuasion; ability to build new relationships; ability to work under pressure; prospect filtering; unique selling proposition (USP) and tactful follow-up skills. You must display leadership skills at all times and be comfortable in setting the standards that your staff must strive to reach whilst supporting them as they endeavour to achieve the targets you set for them. 
  • Behavioural Competencies: Well planned and organised, emotionally intelligent, consistent, culture and interpersonal sensitivity, initiative, task driven and target orientated.
